Secretariat-General

The Secretariat-General shall be responsible for:

  • Managing university staff careers in full compliance with powers and duties of the faculty and the institute in such matter,
  • Preparing the university draft budget and monitoring its implementation,
  • Ensuring the follow-up of laboratories and research units activities financing,
  • Ensuring the proper functioning of the university joint services,
  • Implementing and promoting the university cultural and sports activities programs,
  • Ensuring the follow-up and coordination of the university internal security plans in connection with the ministerial office of internal security,
  • Ensuring the management and maintenance of the Rectorate archives and documentation,
  • Ensuring university registry office functioning and management.

The Secretariat-General, to which are attached the offices of general registry, internal security and joint services, consists of the following sub-directorates:
