Tomorrow, Tuesday November 14, 2023, the University of Sétif 1 - Ferhat Abbas will hold a day of welcome for its international students at the doctoral schools, starting at 10:00 am, as part of the "Marhaba Day" initiative launched by the Ministry of Higher Education.
