Rector’s letter of sympathy and condolence

It is with great sadness and deep emotion that we learned of the death of Prof. Benbahouche Saci, from the Institute of Optics and Precision Mechanics.

In these painful circumstances, the Rector of Ferhat Abbas University, Prof. Mohamed El Hadi Latreche extends, on his own behalf and on behalf of the entire university community, his deepest and sincere condolences to the family and relatives of the deceased.
