On Thursday, February 27, 2025, a work meeting was held at the doctoral schools’ amphitheater of the University of Sétif 1 to discuss the procedures for managing and organizing archives in the higher education and scientific research sector.
The event was led by the Deputy Director of Archives and Documentation at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, alongside the heads of institutions from Sétif’s university city. It was attended by the general secretaries of the institutions, deputy directors of faculties and institutes, as well as library managers, department heads, and archive administrators.
This meeting aimed to strengthen the mechanisms for monitoring and standardizing document management procedures across university institutions while raising awareness among archive managers about the strategic importance of this process.
