On Tuesday, February 18, 2025, the University of Sétif 1 commemorated Martyrs' Day under the theme "The Martyr: An Eternal Soul and a Legacy of Loyalty." The ceremony, led by Rector Prof. Mohamed El Hadi Latreche,
brought together the university community for a symbolic tribute and the screening of the documentary "The Pains of Memory."
This event aimed to preserve national memory and instill the values of sacrifice in students, concluding with a discussion with the film's director.
