On Tuesday, September 23, 2025, Ferhat Abbas University – Sétif 1 hosted an international scientific workshop on physics, applied optics, and photonics, attended by Rector Prof. Mohamed El Hadi Latreche and organized by the Institute of Optics and Precision Mechanics.
The event brought together researchers from Algeria and Germany, as well as PhD students from Sétif 1 University and TU Ilmenau, featuring lectures, scientific presentations, poster sessions, and discussions on applied physics, optical systems, energy, and advanced materials.
