The Université Ferhat Abbas Sétif 1 signed a framework cooperation agreement on February 17, 2026, with the École de formation des officiers de police Ahmed Loulou.
The agreement was signed by the University Director, Latrèche Mohamed El Hadi, and the School Director, Police Controller Youssef Bouchmal, in the presence of institutional representatives.
This agreement aims to strengthen cooperation in training and scientific research, organize joint conferences and seminars, and provide internship and practical training opportunities for students, fostering shared research initiatives in Sétif.
