Minister Prof. Kamel Baddari concluded his visit to Ferhat Abbas University Sétif 1 with a tour of the digital library at the Faculty of Economics. The library features a self-management system using RFID technology and open access. He then visited a 4th-generation smart classroom,
fully equipped with interactive digital tools. The minister observed a session delivered in English on health economics, part of a dual medical training program. The visit ended with an open discussion with students about English-language education and 4.0 universities, followed by his signature in the university’s golden guest book.
