The President of the Republic’s Day for the Innovative Researcher is an initiative aimed at promoting research and innovation in Algeria.
This national prize honors academic researchers and university students (Master’s and PhD levels) across various scientific fields. Awards of up to 5 million Algerian dinars are granted based on the originality, impact, and practical applicability of the submitted research projects.
In addition to the financial reward, winners receive support in the protection and valorization of their innovations.
The award ceremony is held annually on April 16, in conjunction with Knowledge Day (Journée du Savoir).
