On April 12, 2025, Ferhat Abbas University – Setif 1 launched a training session for newly recruited faculty members, in collaboration with Mohamed Lamine Debaghine University – Setif 2
and the Higher School of Education of Setif. This initiative is part of the national strategy led by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to support the academic and professional integration of new teaching staff.
