On Thursday, May 29, 2025,Ferhat Abbas Sétif 1 University welcomed student Raneem Mahalleta after her return from Shenzhen, China, where she and her Algerian team won third place in the Innovation category at theHuawei ICT 2025 Global Finals.
The university’s rector praised the achievement as a great honor. Raneem expressed her gratitude, stating the recognition was a strong motivation to continue excelling. The Algerian teams also won top awards in Computing, Cloud, and Network categories.
