On May 19, 2025, Ferhat Abbas University Sétif 1 celebrated the 69ᵗʰ National Student Day, honoring the 1956 student strike for Algeria’s independence.
The event featured a commemorative ceremony, the President’s message, historical speeches, cultural performances, student exhibitions, and awards for outstanding students and scientific clubs, highlighting their contributions in various academic and extracurricular domains.
