Ferhat Abbas Sétif 1 University held an extraordinary session of its Board of Directors on Monday, March 16, 2026, at the Mouloud Kacem Naït Belkacem conference hall.
The meeting was chaired by Kheir Guechi, Director of Sétif 2 University - Mohamed Lamine Debaghine, representing the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, in the presence of the Rector Mohamed El Hadi Latreche and senior administrative and academic officials.
The session focused on the review and approval of the university’s 2026 budget, as part of its institutional governance and strategic planning process.
