On Sunday, March 9, 2025, Ferhat Abbas Sétif 1 University proceeded with the installation of the local committee responsible for the organization and management of archives. The ceremony was presided over by the Secretary-General of the university, Mr. Brahim ZAAROUR, during a meeting held at the Mouloud Kacem Naït Belkacem Auditorium. The event brought together secretaries-general, vice-deans, deputy directors of faculties and institutes, as well as department heads and archive managers.
In its initial phase, the newly established committee will be tasked with setting up a framework for managing archival documents produced by the university's various departments as part of their activities. A provisional schedule has also been set for the implementation of the program dedicated to archive organization and management.
