On Sunday, February 08, 2026, the University of Sétif 1 – Ferhat Abbas launched the second edition of its awareness campaign on the amended Ministerial Decree No. 1275, related to the mechanism “University Degree – Business Creation Project,” as part of the national student enrollment campaign.
The first day featured a lecture delivered by the Director of the University Incubator, Prof. Benali Farouk, entitled: “Student Entrepreneur Guide: From Idea to Business Creation,” outlining the practical steps to transform ideas into viable economic projects.
The event concluded with an open discussion session addressing students’ questions regarding participation in the 1275 mechanism.
This campaign aims to encourage final-year students to engage in the decree, enabling them to turn their ideas into economic enterprises.
