The Scientific Council of Ferhat Abbas Sétif 1 University held its regular meeting on Tuesday, 7 July 2026, chaired by the Rector, Prof. Mohamed El Hadi Latreche,
with the participation of the Council members.
The meeting reviewed the University's major projects, the activities carried out during the 2025–2026 academic year, and the action plan for the coming year. Discussions also covered undergraduate education, scientific research and doctoral training, international relations and cooperation, as well as other academic and research-related matters.
