The Rector, Prof. Mohamed El-Hadi Latreche, received Thursday, November 24, 2022, the French Ambassador, Mr. François Gouyette, at Mouloud Kacem Nait Belkacem Auditorium, accompanied by the staff of the University of Setif 1 and the Vice-Rector in charge of external relations at the University of Setif 2, Prof. Naoual Abdelatif Mami.
