All university staff meeting legal requirements for selection-based promotion to the ranks stated below in the Notice, are informed that they are kindly invited to submit their applications to the Sub-directorate for Personnel and Training and to faculties and institutes, each according to their assignment, from September 10, 2023 to September 28, 2023.
