A regional meeting of the Eastern universities took place on February 23, 2023 at Mouloud Kacem Nait Belkacem Auditorium under the chairmanship of Prof. Mohamed El-Hadi Latreche, President of the CRUEst and Rector of the University of Sétif 1.
The meeting dealt with the use of open source applications and software.
