THE YOUNG UNIVERSITY RANKINGS 2022: UFAS RANKED FIRST IN ALGERIA, 140th IN THE WORLD
The Times Higher Education (THE) has published its "Young University Rankings" on February 15, 2022.
Ferhat Abbas Sétif University 1 has maintained its ranking as 1st university in Algeria and 140th in the world.
The THE Young University Rankings list the world’s best universities CREATED SINCE 1972.
The table is based on the same 13 performance indicators as the flagship THE World University Rankings, but the weightings have been adjusted to give less weight to reputation.
The universities are judged across all their core missions – teaching, research, knowledge transfer and international outlook – to provide the most comprehensive and balanced comparisons available.
The 2022 ranking includes 539 universities.
