University Year 2024-2025: Inaugural Lecture by the Minister

On the occasion of the 2024-2025 academic year, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Kamel Beddari, delivered an inaugural lecture titled “The Algerian University: the manufacture of the possible” during the formal opening of the academic year on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, at the National School of Cybersecurity in Sidi Abdallah.
