Vice-rectorate for Higher Undergraduate Education, Continuing Education and Degrees
The Vice-rectorate for Higher Undergraduate Education, Continuing Education and Degrees shall be responsible for:
- Monitoring issues related to running teachings and internships organized by the university;
- Ensuring consistency between program offerings provided by faculties and institutes and the university development plan;
- Ensuring full compliance with regulations in force pertaining to registration, re-registration, knowledge testing and student progress;
- Monitoring training courses through distance learning provided by the university and promoting continuing education activities;
- Ensuring full compliance with regulations and procedures in force concerning the award of degrees and equivalencies;
- Ensuring the students nominal roll keeping and updating;

Vice-rectorate for 3rd Higher Education Cycle, University Habilitation, Scientific Research and Graduate Education
The Vice-rectorate for Graduate Education, University Habilitation and Scientific Research shall be responsible for:
- Monitoring issues related to running specialized graduate studies and to university habilitation as well as ensuring the implementation of regulations in force in such matter;
- Monitoring the activities of research units and laboratories and developing their assessment reports in coordination with the faculties and institutes;
- Carrying out any action for research results valorization;
- Ensuring the follow-up of the university scientific council functioning and maintaining its records;
- Collecting and disseminating information on research activities carried out by the university.

Vice-rectorate for Development, Forecasting and Orientation
The Vice-rectorate for Development, Forecasting and Orientation shall be responsible for:
- Providing necessary elements to develop drafts of the university development plans;
- Carrying out any prospective study on the expected evolution in the number of students and proposing measures to assist them, notably in terms of evolution of teaching and administrative support;
- Maintaining the university statistics file by ensuring its periodic updating;
- Preparing any information material on degree programs provided by the university and their job prospects;
- Providing any information to students that could help them in their career choices;
- Monitoring construction programs and ensuring the implementation of the university equipment programs in coordination with the services concerned;
Vice-rectorate for External Relations, Cooperation, Activity Management, Communication and Scientific Events
The Vice-rectorate for External Relations, Cooperation, Activity Management, Communication and Scientific Events shall be responsible for:
- Promoting relations between the university and its socioeconomic environment and initiating partnership programs;
- Initiating any measures for promoting inter-university exchanges and cooperating in teaching and research fields;
- Carrying out activity management and communication measures;
- Organizing and promoting scientific events;
- Ensuring the follow-up of faculty’s development and retraining programs and their consistency;
