The Intensive Language Teaching Center (CEIL) of Setif 1 University – Ferhat Abbas informs all teachers and staff registered in the international mobility program for English language improvement about the organization of an English placement test.

📌 Concerned candidates are invited to consult the program as well as the attached list of candidates.

⚠️ This announcement is intended exclusively for those registered via the CEIL platform within the English language improvement program.

Ferhat Abbas Sétif 1 University informs all faculty members, hospital-university staff, PhD students, and administrative and technical personnel of the upcoming opening of the platform dedicated to short-term international mobility programs for the year 2026.

This initiative will allow applicants to update their files and select the appropriate mobility category, including:

• English language training programs,
• high-level scientific stays,
• PhD student mobility,
• administrative and technical staff training,
• participation in indexed scientific events.

📅 Provisional schedule:

• March 26 – April 6, 2026: platform opening and application submission
• April 7, 2026: start of application review
• April 14, 2026: preliminary results
• April 15–16, 2026: appeal period
• April 22, 2026: final results

Applicants wishing to take the English proficiency test must register via the CEIL https://plateforme-ceil.univ-setif.dz/  platform before April 4, 2026.
