Sétif 1 University Ferhat Abbas organized, on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, a “Pink October” awareness campaign focused on breast cancer prevention.
Supervised by Rector Prof. Mohamed El Hadi Latreche and conducted in collaboration with medical units and partner associations, the event included ultrasound screenings, educational workshops, and psychological support for women within the university community.
The campaign aimed to raise awareness about prevention, early diagnosis, and women’s health promotion in the academic environment.
