The Directorate of Cooperation and University Exchanges, through the Sub-directorate of Student and Staff Mobility, announces the launch of the call for applications for the KSA Scholarship Program in South Korea for the year 2026.

The Algerian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has received an offer from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for long-term fully funded scholarships for Master’s and PhD levels.

As part of the cooperation with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MESRS) announces the opening of a scholarship offer for the following training program: “ICT Core Personnel Development (A) – IT Architect”

This training targets professionals in information system architecture and ICT solution design for the public sector.

Application deadline: June 19, 2025
Only one application per institution is allowed

 Required documents:

1. Application file and required forms (see attachment)

2. A certificate of English proficiency

3. A detailed CV, including grade justification and full-text publications (with journal links)
