Ferhat Abbas Sétif 1 University held a coordination meeting on Thursday, March 15, 2026, to discuss the implementation mechanisms of Ministerial Decision No. 345, related to short-term mobility programs abroad.
The meeting was chaired by the Rector, Mohamed El Hadi Latreche, and attended by university officials and representatives of teachers’ and workers’ unions.
The session focused on selection criteria and implementation procedures, while providing a platform for dialogue and exchange to ensure the effective execution of these programs.
